Gary and Tracy Northrip, the husband-and-wife team behind Mosaic Creative and Four 2 North Photography, have built their business on passion, storytelling, and the belief that every moment deserves to be preserved beautifully. What started as a part-time studio, with $20,000 in sales, soon became a thriving full-time studio making six-figure photography business each year.
Their journey began with a love for capturing raw, emotional connections—whether through weddings, engagements, or boudoir sessions. With an eye for detail and a commitment to delivering more than just digital files, they built a studio that provides a luxury, full-service experience. This dedication to high-end heirloom albums and artwork has not only set their brand apart but also allowed them to create lasting legacies for their clients.
Now, through Mosaic Creative, Gary and Tracy are sharing their expertise with photographers who want to elevate their brand, offer premium products, and increase their income—without adding extra hours to their workload. Joey Thomas
Joey Thomas is an award-winning, nationally published entrepreneur, photographer, speaker, small business coach, and educator. He is co-owner of Serendipity Albums, Mosaic Creative and the owner of both Joey T Photography and Mastercrafted Coaching. His graduate and undergraduate work in Psychology along with his experience in corporate training and development gives him a unique understanding into the mind of the consumer allowing him to teach sales psychology, client experience, pricing and workflows in unique and engaging manner.
Currently he teaches multiple business masterclasses locally and internationally, and contributes to various publications, webinars and and business platforms all while juggling the privilege of being a dad of two amazing kids. Joey takes a lot of pride in helping you take your clients from a “Money Mindset to a Meaning Mindset,” unlocking incredible potential in your ability to attract, convert, and maximize profits with every single client.
